During the movie “The Secret”, the story of the “Miracle Man” brought Lauretta to tears as she was known as the “Miracle Child” and she had flashbacks of her illness and recovery. The similarities of their paralysis was overwhelming, and how they could both only use their mind to visualize their complete recovery. The similarities of their stories really hit home for Lauretta and she actually felt as though she was reliving her illness and recovery. The inspiring words of their song, “There’s A Secret” started to flow out of Lauretta and the song began it’s journey.

Maria and Lauretta were moved to write this heartfelt song, after watching the inspirational movie “The Secret”. Lauretta, in particular, identified with the surreal story line that was so reminiscent of her life threatening illness back in 1995. Within six months, she fully recovered as a result of her faith, determination, and positive attitude, along with loving support from family and friends. This exceptional song was co-written with their producer Everett Harwood. This song of hope from the Ryan Sisters is about keeping the faith, despite all odds … and their singing is splendid.
